# Configuration

> Configure shared Company settings for AI Interviewers, Candidate fields, stages, and phone calls.

Use **Configuration** to manage Company settings that apply across Interviewers and Candidate workflows.

## Open Configuration

1. Log in to your InterviewFlowAI dashboard.
2. Click **Configuration** in the **Settings** section.

## Configuration tabs

* **Agent Profile**: Configure the AI interviewer's voice, personality, and behavior.
* **Candidate Additional Fields**: Add custom fields for extra Candidate data.
* **Custom Stages**: Customize the stages in your interview process.
* **Phone Call Config**: Connect and manage phone interview settings.
