# Configuration

> Manage Company-wide settings for AI Interviewers, Candidate fields, stages, and phone calls.

Use **Configuration** to manage settings that apply across all your Interviewers.

## Open Configuration

Click **Configuration** in the **Settings** section of the dashboard menu.

## Configuration tabs

* **Agent Profile**: Set the AI interviewer's name, voice, avatar, and response time.
* **Candidate Additional Fields**: Add custom fields for extra Candidate details.
* **Custom Stages**: Customize the stages in your hiring process.
* **Phone Call Config**: Connect and manage phone interview settings.

  Settings for a single Interviewer, such as its application page and Coordinator outreach, live in that Interviewer's **Settings** tab. See [Customise application page](/configuration/customise-application-page).
