# Ask FlowAI

Reviewing candidates is now faster and more insightful. FlowAI, your AI recruiting partner, analyzes interview data to provide key insights at a glance.

## Candidate comparison

A major addition to Ask FlowAI is the ability to compare multiple candidates side-by-side.

* **Multi-select comparison**: Select two or more candidates and ask FlowAI to identify the best fit for your role.
* **Relative strengths**: Ask the AI to highlight which candidate excels in specific areas like technical proficiency or problem solving.
* **Consolidated pros and cons**: Get a summary of how candidates stack up against each other relative to the Interviewer description.

## Deep dive analysis

To get specific details, simply select a candidate and ask FlowAI to perform a deep dive into their performance. This allows you to go beyond the summary and extract specific evidence from the interview.

**Example questions:**

* "Summarize this candidate’s technical skills."
* "What are the key strengths from their resume?"
* "How did the candidate perform for \{insert specific question}?"
