# Customise Stages

## Custom pipeline stages

You can also create custom tracking stages to organize and manage your candidates as they move through the hiring process.

    Open your dashboard and click on **Configuration**.

  <Step title="Manage custom stages">
    Select **Custom Stages**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add a new stage">
    Click **Add Stage**, enter the name for your new stage (for example, "Manager Review" or "Take-home test"), and save.

Once added, you can quickly move any candidate to this customized stage for easy reference and team visibility.
