# Interviewers

> Create, manage, and review AI Interviewers from the dashboard.

The **Interviewers** page is your main area for AI Interviewers. Use it to create Interviewers, review Candidate pipelines, and open interview reports.

## Open Interviewers

1. Log in to your InterviewFlowAI dashboard.
2. Click **Interviewers** in the **Main** section.

## What you can do

* Create a new AI Interviewer from scratch or from a template.
* Open an Interviewer to review Candidates.
* Invite Candidates to an Interviewer.
* Review Candidate results and reports.
* Export Candidate data when your plan includes import and export.
