# Analytics

> Track hiring performance and AI efficiency across your organization.

Gain insights into your screening volume and candidate quality. The Dashboard Analytics page (`/dashboard/analytics`) provides a complete bird's-eye view of your recruitment funnel.

## Filters

Narrow down your data to find exactly what you're looking for:

* **AI Interviewer selector**: Filter by a specific interviewer or choose "All Interviewers" for a global view.
* **Time range switcher**: Toggle between `7D`, `30D`, `90D`, and `All Time`.

## Summary metric cards

Get a quick pulse on your active hiring pipelines:

* **Interviewers**: Total active interviewers, with a split showing public, private, and archived (shown in "All" mode).
* **Candidates**: Total candidates for the selected scope.
* **Completion Rate**: The percentage of candidates who completed the interview, along with the raw count.
* **Avg Interview Score**: The average candidate score out of 100, including the percentage of scored candidates.
* **Recent Highlights**: Dynamic cards directly from the API highlighting interesting shifts (value + label + helper text).

## Charts & panels

Visualize your candidate data and interviewer performance:

* **Candidate Intake**: A bar chart (trend series) showing the volume of new candidates over time.
* **Candidate Status Mix**: A funnel chart displaying exactly where candidates are in the process (applied, in-progress, completed, etc.) along with their percentage share.
* **Interview Score Bands**: A distribution of candidate scores across distinct bands (e.g., 0–20, 20–40...).
* **Visibility Split**: A breakdown of the public vs. private interviewer count (shown in "All" mode).
* **Top Interviewers Table**: A per-interviewer breakdown showing visibility, total candidates, completed interviews, shortlisted candidates, completion rate, and average score (shown in "All" mode).

## Insight strip

Located at the bottom of the dashboard, this strip gives you immediate, actionable numbers:

* **Ready for review**: The number of candidates awaiting human review.
* **Overall completion rate**: The aggregate completion success metric.
* **Starred candidates**: The total count of candidates you've manually starred or favored.
