# Talent Search

> Discover and source top Candidates directly from the InterviewFlowAI platform.

The **Talent Search** feature allows Owners and Viewers to actively source Candidates for open Interviewers. You can search through internal pools and global networks to find the best fit.

## Source Candidates

Switch between your internal account database and the global sourcing network. Write your search in natural language, then generate filters from your description.

For example, describe the Candidates you want to find:

* `Senior backend engineers in New York with Node.js experience`
* `Backend developers with 2+ years of experience in India`

After filters are generated, review them and run the search.

### Applying filters

Narrow down your search results using advanced filters:

* **Locations:** Filter by the Candidate's current location or preferred locations.
* **Roles & seniority:** Filter by role titles or seniority levels (e.g., Manager, Director, C-Suite).
* **Company data:** Look for Candidates from specific domains or filter by Company size.
* **Skills:** Target specific skills or service categories.

## Enrich Candidate data

When sourcing globally, some contact details might be hidden. Click **Reveal email and profile** to optionally enrich the Candidate's data, which pulls in verified email addresses and full LinkedIn profile details so you can review their background.

## Add Candidates to Interviewers

Once you've identified a promising Candidate, you can immediately associate them with an active Interviewer.

1. Check the box next to one or more Candidates.
2. Click **Add to Interviewer**.
3. Select the relevant Interviewer from the drop-down menu to assign them.

## Add Candidates to Sequences

You can also add Candidates to automated outreach workflows. Select your Candidates and click **Add to Campaign** to engage them with a [Sequence](/sourcing/sequences).
