Use Sequences to manage outbound workflows for Candidates you find through Talent Search.

Open Sequences

  1. Click Sequences in the Manage section.
  2. Use the Sequences tab to build outreach workflows.
  3. Use the Email Templates tab to manage reusable sourcing emails.

How sequences work

Sequences help you contact sourced Candidates with timed email steps. Each workflow starts when sourced Candidates are added to the sequence. Use timer steps to control the delay between messages. Use email steps to send a reusable sequence email at each point in the workflow.

Create a sequence

  1. Click Sequences in the Manage section.
  2. Open the Sequences tab.
  3. Click New Sequence.
  4. Add a sequence name and description.
  5. Insert timer steps and email steps between the fixed start and end steps.
  6. Click Create Sequence.

Add timer and email steps

Use a timer step to delay the next action. For example, wait two days before sending the next email. Use an email step to select the message that should be sent. You can choose an existing sequence email or click Create new email while building the workflow.

Sequence emails

Sequence emails are reusable messages for sourcing outreach. Create them in the Email Templates tab inside Sequences. When you create a sequence email, add:
  • Name: The internal name for the reusable email.
  • Subject: The subject line Candidates receive.
  • Body: The email content.

Add Candidates to a sequence

You can add sourced Candidates from Talent Search.
  1. Open Talent Search.
  2. Select one or more Candidates.
  3. Click Add to Campaign.
  4. Choose the sequence.

Manage Candidate conversations

Use the Candidate conversation view to review and reply to outreach messages.
  • Open a Candidate from the sequence contacts list.
  • Review their Company, location, email, phone, and LinkedIn details when available.
  • Read the workflow emails and Candidate replies.
  • Write and send manual replies from the conversation view.

Convert Candidates

When a Candidate is ready for the next step, add them to an active Interviewer from the sequence contacts list. This lets you move sourced Candidates from outreach into the interview process.
