Voice and avatar

Choose a voice and avatar that represents your brand professionally:
  • Add name: Give your AI interviewer a friendly name.
  • Select avatar: Choose an avatar that aligns with your company’s tone for video interviews.
  • Select voice: Choose from various realistic, conversational voices. You can select different accents, timbres, and tones to best represent your corporate identity.

Response time (Server VAD)

Server VAD (Voice Activity Detection) controls how long the AI waits after a candidate stops speaking before it responds. This sets the pacing and conversational feel of your interviews. Recommended: 1500ms — balances quick replies with natural conversation flow. Available options:

Navigate to configuration

Open your dashboard and click on Configuration.

Open agent profile

Select Agent Profile from the configuration menu.

Customize details

  1. Add name: Give your AI interviewer a friendly name.
  2. Select avatar: Choose an avatar that aligns with your company’s tone for video interviews.
  3. Select voice: Choose from various realistic, conversational voices with different accents, timbres, and tones.
  4. Set response time: Under Response Time (Server VAD), pick the delay that matches your desired interview pacing.
