Role plays and Interviewers
Role plays live on their own Role Plays page. They are not attached to an Interviewer. You can use one role play with Candidates from any Interviewer, and you can also invite people directly by email. When you create a role play, you can link an Interviewer so the AI uses its job description as context. This only helps draft the scenario.Role play statuses
One attempt per person
Each person gets one attempt at each role play. Once someone is invited, they can’t be invited to the same role play again, even if you revoke the invite. A Candidate can still take several different role plays.Credits
Each graded role play session uses credits. You are charged only when the session is scored. Sessions marked Not scored are free. A session is not scored when there wasn’t enough to grade, for example:- The call was too short to score.
- No conversation was recorded.
- The call ended because of a technical problem.
- The Candidate didn’t engage with the scenario.
How scoring works
Each criterion is scored from 0 to 5, where 5 matches the strong answer you described and 1 matches the weak answer. The scores are combined using each criterion’s weight into one score from 0 to 100.- Criteria with a weight of 1 are informational. They appear in the report but don’t count toward the score.
- There is no pass mark. You decide what to do with each result.
Must-pass criteria
You can mark a criterion as Must pass. If the Candidate scores 2 or lower on it:- The criterion is flagged in the report.
- The AI recommendation becomes No.
- The score itself doesn’t change.
Stages for Interviewer Candidates
When you add Candidates from an Interviewer, their stage changes as they go:- Shortlisted for Role Play: the Candidate has been invited.
- Role Play Completed: the call has ended and been graded, or marked as not scored.
