Candidate comparison

A major addition to Ask FlowAI is the ability to compare multiple candidates side-by-side.
  • Multi-select comparison: Select two or more candidates and ask FlowAI to identify the best fit for your role.
  • Relative strengths: Ask the AI to highlight which candidate excels in specific areas like technical proficiency or problem solving.
  • Consolidated pros and cons: Get a summary of how candidates stack up against each other relative to the Interviewer description.

Deep dive analysis

To get specific details, simply select a candidate and ask FlowAI to perform a deep dive into their performance. This allows you to go beyond the summary and extract specific evidence from the interview. Example questions:
  • “Summarize this candidate’s technical skills.”
  • “What are the key strengths from their resume?”
  • “How did the candidate perform for {insert specific question}?”
Decision supportThink of FlowAI as your co-pilot. You can interact with the AI assistant to dig deeper.
  • “Based on the report, is this candidate a good fit for the role?”
  • “What are the potential red flags in this interview?”
While FlowAI provides powerful analysis, it does not make the final hiring decision. It cannot directly shortlist or reject a candidate. You remain the final decision maker.
