  • Interview access: Set to Private so candidates need manual approval before they can start the interview. Set to Public so candidates can directly access the interview flow from your public link.
  • Job seeker portal: Set to Hidden to keep this job hidden from the job seeker portal and SEO-ready job page.
  • Public link: This is the direct URL to the interviewer (e.g., https://app.interviewflowai.com/public/https://app.interviewflowai.com/public/aaaaaa-bbbb-cccc-dddd-eeeeeeeeee) that you can share with candidates.

Candidate Communication

Choose which updates your team and candidates receive automatically, and control whether candidates can opt out before starting.
  • Team completion alert: Receive an email update each time a candidate completes an interview for this job.
  • Candidate completion email: Send candidates a confirmation email once they finish the interview.
  • Screening rejection email: Email candidates rejected by pre-screening questions or resume screening.
  • Candidate interview opt-out: Show candidates an opt-out button before the interview so they can decline before starting.
