You can customize exactly how candidates access your AI interview, which updates your team and candidates receive automatically, and the public application content they see before starting.

Access

Decide where candidates can find and start this Interviewer.
  • Interview access: Set to Public so candidates can directly access the interview flow from your public link.
  • Job seeker portal: Set to Hidden to keep this Interviewer hidden from the job seeker portal and SEO-ready job page.
  • Public link: This is the direct URL to the Interviewer (e.g., https://interviewflowai.com/public/...) that you can share with candidates.

Candidate Communication

Choose which updates your team and candidates receive automatically.
  • Team completion alert: Receive an email update each time a candidate completes an interview for this Interviewer.
  • Candidate completion email: Send candidates a confirmation email once they finish the interview.
  • Screening rejection email: Email candidates rejected by pre-screening questions or resume screening. You can configure a Send after delay (e.g., 24 hours). Use 0 to send the email immediately after the screening rejection is recorded.

Public Application Content

Customize the public pages candidates see before starting the AI interview.
  • Application page copy: Override the subtitle, title, and description shown at the top of the public application page.
  • Interview redirect page: Customize the transition page candidates see before screening starts.
